Return Policy

We hate to see you unhappy and hence our team clocks-in 24*7 efforts to perfect your shopping experience. However, there may be a situation where things are beyond our control and so we would try our best to make returns, refunds or replacements, smooth for you.

Product Replacement Terms:

Replacement of a product is permissible under the following conditions:

  • The customer may request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery, and a replacement unit will be dispatched promptly.
  • Replacement is allowed if the customer establishes that the received product is defective or has incurred physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • A replacement with a new unit in its original packaging can be arranged if the customer reports that the delivered product is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • During the replacement process, the entire product package, including the product and its accessories, must be made available for pickup by the arranged courier.

Non-Replacement Circumstances:

A Product will not be eligible for replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.
  • Failure to report physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Damage caused by an electrical surge or any other damage attributable to user actions.

Refund Disclaimer:

No return or refund will be provided. However, customers have the option to replace the product unit within 7 days from the date of delivery and receive a replacement unit.

Warranty Claim Information:

Enjoy a one-year warranty with one complimentary repair service. Experience peace of mind with our warranty coverage, featuring one free repair sessions within the first year. Please note that after the initial free services, customers will be responsible for any subsequent repair costs within warrenty time.

Please ensure compliance with these terms for a smooth replacement process.

    Hate to say this, but we do reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

     Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

     EKKO Goods as Gifts

    • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
    • Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be email on your registered email address
    • If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the Gift sender had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the Gift sender
