Return Policy

We hate to see you unhappy and hence our team clocks-in 24*7 efforts to perfect your shopping experience. However, there may be a situation where things are beyond our control and so we would try our best to make returns, refunds or replacements, smooth for you.

Returning an Order

though, we hate to see you go

  • You may return your order within 14 days
  • This can be done from the date on which, you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered
  • Your Refund will be processed within 7-14 days from the date of approval on return by our team
  • The Refund will be submitted in the same means of payment, used while placing the Order
  • No penalty will be charged on the Refund amount

Terms & Conditions to Return an Order

We hate rules, but sometimes it helps us take the right decision

For the Goods to be eligible for a Return, please make sure that

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • If the Goods were made to your specifications or personalized for you
  • If the Goods are NOT accompanied by its original Packing and Bill

 

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement applicable for the goods purchased in the last 7 days
  • Product should not have any water damage and should in intact condition

 

Receiving a Damaged Product is clearly unacceptable

But hey, to err is human 😉

  • In case of receiving damage product, please report/request for the return or replacement within 24 Hours of receiving the Goods
  • After 24 Hours, damaged Goods will not be accepted
  • If you believe that the packaging of your Goods has been tampered, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and submit a ticket at care@ekkodigital.com

Hate to say this, but we do reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

 

 EKKO Goods as Gifts

  • If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be email on your registered email address
  • If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the Gift sender had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the Gift sender
